• Identity Data: For paid products or trials, we collect your email address to manage your license and verify your subscription status.
• Technical Data: We may collect anonymous, non-identifying telemetry (such as feature usage or crash reports) to improve software performance.
• Local Data: Settings and preferences are stored locally on your device (e.g., Chrome Storage, local preference files) and are not accessible by us.

2. Payments & Financial Data

All financial transactions are processed securely through Stripe. NedJack Studios does not store, process, or see your credit card number, CVV, or billing address. Stripe’s use of your personal information is governed by their own Privacy Policy.

3. Data Disclosure & Third Parties

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your PII to outside parties. We only share data with trusted third-party service providers (such as payment processors and secure cloud infrastructure) solely for the purpose of operating our services and providing technical support to you.

4. Platform-Specific Permissions

Our browser extensions and apps request only the permissions required to fulfill their stated purpose. We do not use permissions to collect data for external databases or monitor activity unrelated to the core functionality of the tool.

Regardless of your location, we honor your right to privacy. You may request to view, correct, or delete any personal information (such as your email from our licensing database) by contacting us directly.
